How often do gutters here need clearing?

Will you drive out to addresses outside town?

Do you clear gutters from the roof or from ladders?

Whichever is safer on the day. Where the roof can be walked safely we clear from above, which is quick and thorough. Where it is steep, wet or brittle we work from ladders and clear by hand. Either way the debris leaves the property, the gutters and roof are left clean, and every downspout is flushed and flow tested. Please do not attempt the roof yourself with a blower — judging whether a roof is safe to walk is the part that takes experience.

My driveway is long and the ground is soft. Is that a problem?

Usually not. Tell us before the visit and we will bring boards and pads for ladder footing and park where the ground holds. Soft or sloped ground just changes how we set up; it does not change the price or stop us from doing the job.

Do you clean gutters on two-story houses?

Yes. We ladder one and two story homes and work the full run from the ladder. Anything taller than two stories is past what we take on, and we will say so when you call rather than after we are parked in your driveway.

Can you reattach a gutter that is sagging?

No, we do not do repairs. What we will do is photograph the loose hanger or the low spot, show you where water is standing after we flush it, and describe it plainly so you can hand that to whoever does your repair work.
