How a project actually runs

1. We look at it first. Surface, exposure, what is growing and what it is growing on. A cedar shingle wall and a fiber cement wall get treated differently, and getting that wrong is expensive.
2. We pick the method, not the machine. Pressure where pressure is safe, soft washing where it is not. Most of the exterior of a Pacific Northwest home falls into the second category.
3. We protect what is around it. Plants pre-wet, beds tarped where needed, and a neutralising rinse at the end.
4. We walk it with you. Before we pack up, not after we have driven off.

Homes

The bulk of what we do. Often several services in one visit – roof, gutters, siding and windows – because we are already on site with the ladders and the water, and it saves you three separate bookings.

Commercial and storefront

Retail frontages, offices and multi-storey glass, on a schedule or as a one-off. We work evenings and weekends where a business needs us out of the way of trading hours. More on commercial work.

Communities and larger properties

HOA communities, multi-unit buildings and rural properties with outbuildings. Sudden Valley and Shelter Bay are the obvious ones, but rural Whatcom and Skagit have plenty of places where the barn and the shop need the same attention as the house.
