Who actually turns up to do the work?

Me, or someone I have trained and work alongside. This is not a call center that sells your job to whoever is nearest. If something on your property needs judgment rather than a procedure, the person making that call answers to you directly.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. King of Kings Window Cleaning LLC is a registered Washington limited liability company, state registration 605476674, and we carry liability insurance. If you would like to see the certificate before we start, ask and I will send it.

What areas do you cover?

Whatcom County, Skagit County and Oak Harbor. That runs from Blaine and Sumas on the border down through Bellingham and Ferndale to Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes and La Conner, plus the foothill towns out toward Mount Baker.

Do you really do all of those services?

Yes, and they overlap more than people expect. The same visit that cleans your glass is the right time to clear the gutters and look at the roof, because the ladders are already up and half the cost of any exterior job is getting set up.

How do you quote a job?

On site and free. Photographs and square footage do not tell me what a north-facing roof or twenty years of hard water has actually done to a property. I would rather look at it and give you a number I can stand behind than guess low and revise it later.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Tell me, and tell me straight away. I would far rather come back and put it right than have you say nothing and tell a neighbor about it instead. That is the whole business model in this county, and it is why I ask for the feedback.

Why I Started King of Kings

I started King of Kings Window Cleaning because I wanted to build the kind of exterior cleaning company I would trust on my own home.

That means showing up when we say we will, communicating honestly, treating every property with respect, and never cutting corners just because a customer may never notice. My goal has always been simple: deliver exceptional results while providing the kind of service people are excited to recommend to their family, friends, and neighbors.

Today, my team proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties with professional window cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning.

Every property is different, which is why we do not believe in one-size-fits-all cleaning. Some windows are best cleaned traditionally by hand, while others are perfect for our purified water-fed pole systems. Roofs are cleaned using safe soft washing methods, and every service is performed with the proper equipment and techniques to deliver outstanding results while protecting your home.
