What customers mention most

Read enough of these and the same few things keep coming up, which is more telling than any single review.

• Showing up when we said we would. Punctuality comes up constantly, which probably says something about the standard elsewhere in the trade.
• Doing the whole job. Screens, sills and tracks, not just the glass. The detail people notice is usually the bit that gets skipped.
• Care taken around the property. Beds, furniture, pets and gravel drives. Exterior cleaning means water and ladders around things people care about.
• The walkthrough at the end. Checking the work with the customer before packing up, rather than after.
• Explaining the method. Why soft washing rather than pressure on a particular surface, and what that means for the house.
