If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of your service. We will inspect the concern and, when appropriate, return to address issues related to the original scope of work at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

New dirt, pollen, dust, or debris that accumulates after service.
Weather-related spotting after service.
Existing damage, failed window seals, scratches, hard water staining, oxidation, mineral deposits, or defective glass.
Conditions outside the original scope of work.

7. Property Conditions

While we use professional equipment and industry-accepted cleaning methods, King of Kings Window Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

Scratched or damaged glass
Failed window seals
Oxidized window frames
Existing roof damage
Loose gutters
Aging caulking
Deteriorated paint
Existing leaks
Manufacturing defects

Any concerns observed before or during service may be documented and brought to the customer’s attention.
