The companies on this page are local, licensed and insured, and they do work we’d be comfortable having done at our own homes. We don’t get paid to list anyone here — these are simply the businesses we call when a job falls outside what King of Kings does.
If a partner ever stops meeting that standard, they come off the page.
Sasquatch Pest Control — Pest Control & Bird Exclusion

Sasquatch Pest Control is a family-owned pest control and bird exclusion company based in Bellingham, founded by Kristofer Elling, who has more than 15 years in the industry. They work with no long-term contracts and back their work with a service guarantee.
What they handle: general pest control including ants, rodents, spiders, wasps, hornets, bed bugs and cockroaches; carpenter ants, termites, yellowjackets and cluster flies; bee removal; bird exclusion and management; commercial pest control; and exclusion repairs that keep pests out in the first place.
Why we send people to them: a lot of what we clean off a house is a pest problem wearing a different hat. Spider webs and droppings across glass and window frames, wasp nests under eaves and soffits, rodents in a roofline — we can clean the mess, but we can’t stop it coming back. Sasquatch deals with the cause. Our Bow window cleaning case study is a good example: a large share of what came off those windows was spider debris.

Services We Don’t Provide
So there’s no confusion about where our work stops, here’s what King of Kings does not do — and who we’d point you to instead:
- Pest control, wasp nest removal, rodent exclusion and bird deterrents — Sasquatch Pest Control
- Gutter repair, replacement or new installation — we clean gutters and clear downspouts, but we don’t install them
- Roof repair or replacement — we clean roofs and remove moss; structural roofing work goes to a licensed roofer
- Christmas or holiday light installation — not a service we offer
What we do provide is on our services page: residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, moss removal, pressure washing, house washing and solar panel cleaning throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
Want to Be Listed Here?
We’re open to adding partners, but the bar is deliberately high. To be listed, a company needs to be:
- Licensed and insured for the work they do in Washington State
- Local — actually based in and serving Whatcom or Skagit County, not a national call centre routing leads
- Complementary, not competing — a service King of Kings doesn’t offer
- Someone we’d hire ourselves, with work and customer care we’re willing to put our name behind
